Stewed Beef Roll with Tomatoes and Potatoes

225g Beef sliced roll, cut in half

3 Potatoes, diced

2 Tomatoes, diced

1 Onion, diced

1tsp Minced garlic

1 tsp Soy sauce

1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce

1/2 tsp Chicken powder

1 tsp Sugar

1 tbsp Tomato sauce

Blanch the beef in the boiling water, take out the beef as soon as it just changes colour, drain the excess water, and set it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and then add garlic, onion, potato and tomato.

Stir fry on high heat for 2-3mins and add tomato sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken powder and sugar.

Now add the beef slice and 1cup of water, give a mix and cook on medium heat, stew for 15-20 mins.

Garnish with the chopped spring onion greens, can serve with rice, noodles or pasta.
